For those who are staying at the accomodation centre, it is located at "Complexe Sportif de la Forêt de Soignes"

The lodging includes bed sheets (obligatory) and blankets, so please don’t bring your sleeping bag. Most of you will sleep in rooms of 4 or 5 persons.
The sports centre and the reception are closed at night, but a caretaker will come and open the doors on demand, at any time of the night. Nevertheless, it is required to request entry by groups of 5 or 10 people, so as to avoid constant disturbances of the man’s night work. Go to the main door of the centre, ring the night bell – and wait.
Check out time is at 11:00 am on Sunday morning.
There is one key for every room. When rooms are not occupied, keys are to be kept at the reception desk.”
