What is ultimate?

Ultimate is a team sport played with a flying disc. It is played on grass, in a hall or on the beach. Divisions include co-ed, women’s and ‘open’ (mainly men). It is a high-spirited and self-refereed sport: players resolve themselves any incidents that might occur during the game. You can read more here.
